Jack Hornick, MD, is a cardiology and vascular medicine specialist at UPMC. Dr. Hornick attended Medical school at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. He then completed internal medicine residencty as well as a chief resident year at University Hospitals Clevland Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. He fellowships in vascular medicine at Cleveland Clinic Foundation as well as cardiology at SummaHealth in Akron, Ohio. He now practices in the North Hills at UPMC Passavant as a member of the Heart and Vascular Institute in non-invasive cardiology and vascular medicine. Dr. Hornick is active in teaching cardiology fellows and vascular surgery residents and fellows vascular medicine topics, and is interested in growing a vascular medicine program in Pittsburgh.
